Scott Leeper on Stoic Masculinity and Asking for Help
In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Health and Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Former Marine, Scott Leeper. We cover a lot in this episode. In the first part of the episode, we talk about the impact of addiction on family members through Scott’s story of losing his father to complications caused by alcoholism. We also talk about what it means to be strong, especially for men in our society, and how asking for help when you need it is one of the strongest things anyone can do. As a bonus, we end the episode by talking about addiction among policemen and first responders. This episode is full of value, especially for male listeners, but Scott’s story and advice are invaluable to anyone in any situation. We had so much to talk about that I’ll definitely be bringing Scott back on the show in the future. Enjoy!
