The RELATIONSHIPS in your life must either be rebuilt or terminated in order to create space for new ones to form. You have to learn to forgive both yourself and others for mistakes made in the past, and learn how to have peace within yourself if you do not receive outside forgiveness as quickly as you would like.
Your HEALTH must be rebuilt. Years of addiction have ravaged your mental and physical health. You know you need to treat your body better through healthy eating, proper hydration, and better sleep patterns. You know you need to repair your mental health through practicing self-care, and what works is different for everyone.
As far as your CAREER path goes, this may or may not be an area in your life that you want to improve. If you feel like you are not working in or towards a career path that fulfills you, then this is an area of your life you might feel like you need to shift or change.
